Coach McGuirk was a character on the Adult Swim networks HOME MOVIES cartoon that was voiced by H. Jon Benjamin (Archer, Bob’s Burgers, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Dr. Katz Professional Therapist, etc.). John McGuirk was a drunken foul-mouthed lout, so of course he was in charge of grade school soccer and became something of an unofficial big brother or cool uncle to the main characters (Brendon, Jason and Melissa). Home Movies ran for four seasons and released one music album.
