A Great Unclean One is one of the greater daemons of Nurgle, god of disease, decay and death. These obese creatures cannot walk, they simply scoot across the land by wiggling their useless legs, leaving trails of filth, pus, blood and chunks of flesh that re-animate and become so called “Nurglings”. These offshoots look like their giant counterparts but are about the size of a rotten human head and tend to attack in a swarm.
I love the Warhammer universe, so this commission was very fun to do. The entire piece was sculpted in polymer clay. In the progress pic at the end you can see just how big this model was in comparison to a standard Warhammer Space Marine figure in Terminator Armour. This guy would surely dominate the table top in any battle you brought him to!
